  How odd. I am still able to add it to my cart and head to checkout as I click through. Are you by chance on a mobile device? Or are you able to try it in a different browser? Hope that helps!

   I still haven’t received the ones I ordered 2 weeks-ish ago…. Apparently it takes a long time to deliver email-giftcards. I keep checking my spam folder but they aren’t there either :((

  Weird, I received mine within a day. Have you contacted them? The cards don’t come from Staples (if you’re searching for emails from
  Staples only).

   Update on the Staples gift card order from March 20: They cancelled my order because they were unable to verify my phone number with my address is ‘public records’. They placed my order on hold for 5 days and then cancelled it. My account til this day shows the order as ‘processing’. They did not apologize or assure me that they would look into their system to ensure that in the future their system shows the correct status which would have been ‘cancelled’. They were also unable to provide details as to why they would need to verify my data and just kept saying that they are not allowed to call me or send emails while my data isn’t verfied?? I have ordered with them before but that apparently is irrelevant. Seems to me like too many gift cards were sold and this is their easy way out. Won’t order from them today. Completely unprofessional and their story makes no sense.
