I’ve received one of these codes in the past and used it to get that water bottle… The water bottle is horrible. When you suck on the straw you can’t get but a little bit of water out. It feels as if there is not a good connection between the straw and the mouth piece… Needless to say I only used it once or twice and never again.
Did you make sure the straw was fully connected? Sometimes after a washing, the straw needs to pushed in pretty hard. I have 6 of these bottles and LOVE them! I am apparently really hard on water bottles (or clumsy lol) but these are the only ones that won’t break when you drop them. I had one that lasted 5+ years with daily use when all others break on me – especially Britta.
