    Is anyone else getting an error message once the redemption email is received. It says to contact customer support when I enter my email on step 1.

      You may not send a Card
      to any individual with the same email address and/or postal address as you.

      I sent one to my husband, and then I saw the above in the rules. SO I don’t know if the same thing happened to you

      Me neither. Friend and I sent them to each other and neither of us could claim gift. See comment below about the emails supposed to be going out tomorrow so we’ll see if we can claim them tomorrow.

    I couldn’t claim my rewards card so I chatted with customer service and I guess the emails were supposed to be sent tomorrow, April 19th? So if I still can’t claim it tomorrow then I’ll be angry.

    Has anyone actually been able to get their secret reward card? I got the email, but every time I go to receive the secret reward card and print it, it gets stuck and says I’m not eligible. Same thing’s happening to my friend, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

      Hi, I called customer support. The representative I spoke with placed me on hold and spoke with her supervisor who indicated it is a known issue and technical support is working on it. Be patient and try again later to retrieve it. HTH

    Spoke with customer service and got this response about “not being eligible”

    “today is the day the friend sends out the reward and tomorrow is the day to claim it. The reward will be eligible to claim tomorrow, once you claim it you will receive it the next day on the 20th.”

      I spoke with Customer Service and the emails telling us someone sent a reward card should NOT have gone out till tomorrow since not all the cards have been loaded. She told me to redeem starting tomorrow and if I have any further issues to contact Customer Service again.
