If you’re on a mobile you have to “request desktop site”. Just like many of these offers, that’s what you have to do.
The boxes to enter first name, last name, and gender are gray and I am unable to enter information. Tried 2 different browsers.
Just tried in Safari and it worked there 🙂

I had to fill in birthday info first
It doesn’t let you put in your name until you put in Date then Month then Year. It’s backwards from the way we would normal write a date. I had same problem and then when I switched day and month, it went through without any problem or wait time.
Hmmm… didn’t work on my phone but did work in Firefox on my computer.

Try checking your birthdate—– it shows to put it as DAY / MONTH / year —–(most of us put month, day, year)
I totally missed that! I tried every combo but still can’t get it:( It’s okay though. I’m a faithful Excedrin customer and even took it for a headache this morning. Thanks for the tip though!
