I had to fill out a claim for missing money on their website, very easy to do, and then there is an option to “nudge” them about your claim. I had to nudge 3 times but I finally got my money last week!!!
I got back the $22.00 from the Star Wars Walmart Topcash and I sent to my paypal yesterday and in my paypal today

I had to fill out a claim because it wasn’t showing I bought the move through Walmart. It was tedious but I got my payout last week. Ebates.com is way better.

I ended up closing my account with them because they would never pay what they promised – I had to dispute every purchase i made through them to get anything at all! If they would pay anything, it would be pennies on the dollar from what they advertised and it would take MONTHS! Just a warning!

I don’t recommend topcashback.com their rebates and money back take forever to post. They have given me the runaround with each inquiry I have submitted. I have yet to cash out and have been a member for at least a year.
