Yes their prices to fix are crazy and I swear nothing is actually under warranty :/ a tube on mine broke under a year and they claimed normal wear and tear, cost over $50 to fix UGH. If I didnt love my dyson so much I would have gotten a different brand and not fixed it but just love them Haha
I couldn’t order. Had it in the cart. Had to set up an account. Slow and freezing process. When I went back it had been removed and was sold out.
