My points expired because of inactivity, does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any way to get them back? TIA
This is what it states on the website, “Your Points will expire if you have not had any Account activity for 210 consecutive days. Activity means increasing and/or decreasing the point balance within your Account at least once during this period.”
It took me a few times contacting them to get my points back (6800 points!) but they did activate it back as a one time courtesy as long as I entered a movie code within 30 days. Keep trying and good luck!
It never gives me a code at the end of the game, but has a history page of earning 5 points. How do I get it over to my movie rewards page though?
if you’re connected to FB through the DMR, then the points should show up for you automatically. I don’t think you get a code anymore. When I ck my history at DMR, it’s there.
