Nothing shows up in the box where the code should be. Bummer. I tried both IE and Chrome.
Mine took several minutes to show, and several more for the form to show up, and more to complete the form. Good thing I didn’t close my computer.

For those having trouble seeing the form because you could scroll down the page, try changing the zoom from 100% down to 67% and the form should show up at the bottom of the page. I was having problems also, and this worked for me. I was able to fill out the form and submit and received confirmation saying it would ship in 7-10 business days. HTH 🙂

I just tried on my phone and it went through. The message read something like “You’re on your way…. expect to receive you’re free sleeve within 7-10 business days. ” IDK,had a few error messages myself but then somehow it went through. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see!!

There’s a limited number of codes possible per referral. You can’t get/give more than 4 sleeves. So unless hip2save constantly changes the link it will keep stopping new people from receiving a redemption code. https://taylormade.extole.com/gjc4a is the share I got which will work for 3 more people.
