could you also price match a grocery ad that has them on sale and take 50% off of that?

    • Katrina

They don’t allow price matching and Cartwheel. You will get whichever offer gives you the lower price.

Curious on the limit of 10 per guest: I know there is a limit of 4 per transaction- so can I do 3 transactions back to back? Or do they have to be on different days?

    • Mo

Cartwheel doesn’t follow the coupon rules. Once you hit ten of the items using your cartwheel barcode it will not allow you to use it again (either takes it off or will say you’ve reached the limit) so you can purchase all ten in one transaction if you’d like

      • mel

You can have your CW bc scanned 6 times a day. So if the limit is 10 per guest, you could max out the discount at 60 items per day until the offer expires!

        • GA

Incorrect. This particular offer says 10 per guest. So that’s all you can get. You have to do 3 transactions because cartwheel will only apply to a max of 4 like items per transaction but you can only get 10 Doritos before the cartwheel expires.

          • mel

I was able to make it to Target and got 6 bags. 50% came off each bag. My post as written is correct.

    • burgy

“Offer valid in store only, unless explicitly noted otherwise. Limit no more than one manufacturer coupon (paper or Cartwheel digital), one Target coupon and one Cartwheel offer can be combined per item. Each Cartwheel offer may be used for up to a maximum of 4 qualifying items per offer per transaction, unless otherwise noted. Limit of 1 Cartwheel barcode per transaction and 6 Cartwheel barcode transactions per day. Cartwheel cannot be applied with price match. Void if copied, scanned, altered, transferred, purchased, sold, or prohibited by law. Item(s) may not be available at all stores. Offer value may not exceed value of item purchased. No cash value.”

  3. AJ

I’ll be surprised if any Doritos are left after day 1.

    There’s also a $6/$30 SavingStar Offer!

My Savingstar is $3 off $15

Ditto for me, but my offer has a $2 Boost option.

    • Beth

the dorritos sale. how do I go about the sale?do I have to have a target account?
    im new to this. thanks!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! Do you have a smart phone where you can download the Target Cartwheel App and create an account? If not you can also head through the link above to sign up for Target Cartwheel, and add the offers to your Cartwheel Barcode. You can then print out your barcode and have the cashier scan it just like a coupon. Hope that helps!—Also you can head here for more info on shopping at Target 🙂 https://hip2save.com/store-guides/target/

      • mo

can they scan it from my phone so I don’t waste paper?

        • Jackie

Yes! That’s what I love about target

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes! Just pull up your Target Cartwheel Barcode and the cashier can scan it! 🙂

  5. mo

im new to this. could I get a little more explanation on the dorrito sale?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

The Doritos are on sale 2/$6 and after applying the Cartwheel offer you can grab one for Only $1.50. Hope that helps!

  6. JA

Sweet! I’ll be out for this. Perfect for all the summer festivities coming up. Thanks for the heads up, I probably would have missed this!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re so welcome! Glad you could snag the offers!

  7. Erin

Mannnnnnnn! Why did I think that there was a limit of 4 on cartwheel items?

    • Tiffany

There still is a limit of 4 on cartwheel items. Cartwheel will only apply to 4 items per transaction. The 10 item limit on it means you can only buy 10 total using your cartwheel barcode. As in 3 separate transactions.

      • Le

Hello, typically cartwheel limit is 4 per transaction. In some cases it’ll be less or more and will state it. I was able to purchase 8 bags in one transaction and the cartwheel was deducted for each item. The limit is 10 but I do believe that is just per transaction (instead of the typical 4) though I don’t plan on buying more to prove this point. Hope this helps for anyone who plans on buying 4-10 bags in one transaction. 🙂

    • Amy

I thought the same thing. Maybe this offer has a different limit.

    • Amy

Yep. This offer specifically say 10, but most offers I use have a limit of 4.

    • GA

4 per transaction, up to 6 transactions per day, 1 cartwheel barcode per transaction. So since this particular item has a limit of 10 total, you can get all 10 discounted by doing 3 separate transactions. Other items (that don’t specify a certain limit) you can get 4 per transaction and do 6 transactions for a total of 24 items (PER DAY). But this chip deal has a limit of 10 period. So after you hit 10 the cartwheel offer will either be removed or say you’ve reached your limit. H2h.

      • Mel

The terms on cw does say limit 4 Unless otherwise noted. This offer says Limit 10, so thats the max discount per transaction. Kashi cw is limit 2 per guest. I bought 6 boxes last night, 2 per transaction and received the discount and cw does not say my limit is reached, its still listed in my cart. Last summer there was a cw offer on dollar spot items, limit 10 per guest. I bought 30 items, 10 per transaction and cw applied to each set of 10. I can’t get to Target today orherwise I’d test it with 6 bags!

        • Colleen

You are correct. I just bought 10 in one transaction and all were $1.50 each.

  8. Kelly

My Target in Ohio had the 2L of Coke products on sale 2/$3.

  9. Nikki

I have a Saving Star for $5 off $25, but I’m not too familiar with Saving Star. Does anyone know if it is $25 before or after the Cartwheel? I’m wondering how many bags I would have to buy to get the $5 off? Thank you

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! I am not finding that offer listed as I search through 🙁

    • Lori

When I do receipt uploads, I get varying results with Savingstar. I have a feeling it will be price after cartwheel. Love to know if someone could verify.

      • mel

It’ll be the price it shows on the receipt after the CW discount has been deducted, so $1.50 per bag.

  10. AJ

Anybody having trouble scanning the Doritos for SavingStar?

I can’t scan anymore than 1, no matter how many times I try 🙁

I knew I shouldn’t have updated my SavingStar!

    • Tarri

Just scan it even though it does not change the number scanned and submit the receipt. Has worked no problem for me.

  11. Breanna

I bought 5 bags of Doritos today and the cartwheel took off all 5 bags of chips! So you don’t have to do multiple transactions for it to work on that! 😬
I bought two Coke Zero 2 liters and they are on sale for $1.50 each at my store. So $0.75 each! 👍🏼

  12. Niki

I bought 10 bags and the cartwheel applied to all of them.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Oh Awesome!

  13. Kate

Does savingstar compute before or after coupons (in this case, cartwheel)? I have the spend $25 get $5 offer so I don/t know if they will count it before or after cartwheel?

    • mel

      I replied a few posts above –
It’ll be the price it shows on the receipt after the CW discount has been deducted, so $1.50 per bag.

      • mel

Normally its before q’s. But Target (and Wags) store coupons deduct off the item so it reflects on the price as shown on the receipt. HTH.
