Are the paint samples online only or in store?
I believe that they are in store also.
I am needing some tinted and normally it is no problem. I guess I will find out shortly unless someone already knows.
I just called my Lowes and they said it was in store as well until the 25th.
Thanks for sharing!
In stores too! Just picked up 6 of these today for just under $6 🙂
Awesome!
Lowes can make any color in these samples for .99 cents choose from color chart on wall
Perfect! I need just a little bit of red paint for the mailbox flag
Thanks for the great deal Colin!!
Does anyone know if these samples are the same formula as the paint you end up buying? I ask because at this price, it is much cheaper to buy many little sample versus a gallon. I need to repaint all of the trim in my house and would much rather buy more smaller samples (so I could do a maybe two windows a day) and not have to worry about closing and reopening a can.
Eh, it seems like a good idea on theory, but I’d be concerned about the huge amount of plastic waste for each little jar, versus one gallon. You’d be surprised at how much paint you’ll need for trim, and these jars are very small. Sample size. Plus, each one will have to be mixed/tinted, even for whites. There are so many shades now days. Maybe if you need 5 jars or less, I’d go for it. But that’s more of a touch-up amount.
Good points Veronica. I think I will lean towards buying a gallon of the white I want and then getting 1 or 2 sample sizes for touch-ups.
Thanks!
I was initially thinking the same thing as you, but then thought about the other aspects, lol. Oh, FYI – my husband did get something last time he grabbed paint from Lowes (we have been doing trim and the such as well). You fill it with paint for touch ups. If you don’t use the entire gallon, it would maybe make it easy to have available for quick touch ups. Happy painting! 🙂
This is an awesome deal for touch up painting around your house oar crafts. It’s all of the paint samples, Valspar, Olympic and theres’ one more I can’t remember. Only good thru May 25th. Stock up ..
