Yes, I always refill mine, about 1 part soap to 10 parts water

The only people your daughter is in danger from are the ones going into the bathroom to check for transgenders. Transgenders are not the problem!
@Delia, She was commenting on the policy as being a problem, not transgenders being the problem. The policy is open to abuse by anyone.
OP clearly stated that she’s concerned for her daughters safety because of Targets bathroom policy. Which is what? To allow transgenders to use the restroom that they “identify” with & this is why this OP refuses to shop @ Target.
Read again, she said it puts OTHERS in danger!

I used to use bath and body work hand soaps. but I like soft soap hand soap pump too. it’s cheaper than bath and body works.
I also have .50 cents coupons too. it will be great deal. less than .50 cent each :-).
