We had a similar set and the knives did not stay sharp for very long. We finally gave up on buying decent sets and purchased a zwilling ja henckels knife 7 piece set this past weekend for $400. I can honestly see and feel the difference in these blades. I’m sure I won’t be needed a.new set for 10.to 15 years. Well worth every penny
I bought these knives a few months ago when they were posted… They are AMAZING!! I cook almost every night, and I love good knives. I have Henckles, Cuisinart and Wusthofs, and these are pretty comparable. I purchased the set for the steak knives and viewed the other knives as backup bonuses; however I find myself reaching for them when I start preparing dinner instead of the others in my knife drawer. Anyway, they are only a few months old, so time will tell, but from my experience, these are a great deal. Also, they make a great wedding or housewarming gift.
Awesome to hear how nice they are Mandy! Thanks so much for your feedback!
I bought this set 3 years ago and I love it! I have had no problems with any of the stuff.
Happy to hear that! Thanks for sharing Dana!
I have this set. Some people said they rust put I don’t soak them in water and they haven’t rusted. I don’t use the knife block as I hear they are not sanitary and I didn’t like the knife block that much. I keep them in my silverware drawer. I like them.
Thanks fro the tip! Good to know!
