That sounds like a great deal. Does anyone know if the Verismo machine is compatible with K-Cup pods? Do you have to purchase the Verismo pods from Starbucks directly?
They are not compatible unfortunately 🙁

I bought my husband one a couple years ago and he loves it! He has since bought one for his office and two others as gifts. They are not compatible with Kcups. You have to buy pods specifically for the Verismo. He usually uses coupons at BBand B since the pods are a bit pricey. sometimes he even gets a good deal on EBay. We saw on Amazon a sticker like seal that you can refill and reuse old pods. Haven’t done that so I can’t comment. For us it seems to take away from the convince.

I have a keurig, a verisimo and a tassimo. I am able to compare the 3 and by far the verisimo is my favorite and then my tassimo. Highly recommended!!!

I bought thus machine on a whime before Christmas at Starbucks for $59 plus got a $10 gift card and a free pack of the pods. This machine makes an exceptional cup of coffee. MUCH better than Keurig. Pods are pricey. I’ve only found them at Starbucks or BB&B. Amazon prices are ridiculous.
