Hi Jackie, I don’t think so, usually when I pay with points than I don’t get points back, only get points back when pay with gc or cc
You can use 14999 points and get back 25000 points, if you use more you will get back only 20000.
How do you know how much points to use in order to get the points back? I bought a mattress cover last week expecting 22300 points back and paid with points and $0.02 cc, but I’m not getting the points. the SYWR agent said to email them a screenshot of the supposed points back, she said hat because I paid with points I won’t get anything back. This program is too confusing I just want to use up all my points and get out
Totally agree! I stopped all together about a year ago, won’t even step foot in Kmart anymore! Not worth the hassle to get a good deal!
