Does anyone have some great panini recipes and/or tips? We have a panini press at home but I don’t find myself using it very often
I use my panini press to make sandwiches and wraps using leftover chicken, or even basic grilled cheese sandwiches. I try and use leftover chicken to make paninis like you would get at Panera Bread, so good! One of my favorites is to use ciabatta or pumpernickel bread and put smashed avocado, spinach, red onion, cheese, & chicken in between two slices of bread and press in the panini.
