Keepy App for Organizing Kid Artwork

Do you have a stack of kid’s schoolwork, artwork, and special keepsakes from the end of the school year that needs to be organized? I don’t know about you, but I sometimes feel like I am sharing my home with teeny tiny hoarders.

If you also struggle with I-would-put-some-of-it-in-the-trash-if-they-would-stop-finding-it-there syndrome, here is a super smart solution that will save you both space, time and sanity!

Get Rid of the Kid Paper Clutter with this APP Hip2Sve.com

Keepy is an app that enables you to digitally store and organize all those special memories in one spot forever. Simply head here, create a profile for each of your kiddos and then add their drawings, photos, videos, awards, and/or mementos as often as you’d like.

You can also privately share each memory with family and friends. As an example, grandparents can be included to view these special memories and can even record a video comment for your child. Another neat feature of Keepy is that you can create high resolution photo books and gifts right from the app of your memories.

Keepy is available to download for free in the App Store, Google Play, and is also available for Kindle Fire. You can save up to 5 videos or photos per month for free. Note that if you would like an unlimited amount of storage, the subscription is $2.99/month or just $9.99/year.

Keppy.Me App for storing kids artwork and schoolworkWhat a great way to declutter and make sure your keepsakes are safely organized and documented!

Wow, this app seems great! I’m decluttering my kids old school work and art work. I keep feeling guilty about throwing it out! Love this idea of always having it!! Thanks Collin 🙂

You bet! 🙂 …AND much thanks to our, Lina, for finding this neat app!

I have developed an allergy to paper since having kids 😉 My kiddos have a tendency to cut & rip every shred of paper into itsy bitsy pieces 😁 My husband and I have recently discovered Evernote & Evernote Scanable and are in LOVE!!! Highly recommend if you seek to go paperless! Store notes/to do’s, bills to pay, kids art work, recipes, webpages, emails, business cards, endless possibilities!!!!!

I just checked out both of these apps after your suggestion…what awesome apps!!! Thank you for sharing!

Another idea is to take pictures of it and create a shutterfly book with the free book offers.

    • Karis

      Oooh, I love that idea!

      Great idea!

Yes! It’s fun to have one or two like this. If you keep going they’ll take up a bookcase by middle school haha 🙂 also I put their papers at the Bottom of the recycling bin, saves the cry from the “tiny hoarder” I will be checking these this app out. Thanks

      • Lina (Hip's Modern Martha)

Haha yes always the bottom! You have to be sneaky 😀

Jennie, great point 🙂 What will find nice with Keepy is to engage the “tiny hoarder” by letting him or her record their stories about the artwork or schoolwork, check this video

With four kids, it’s just too much! My kids know we only save ONE out of each humongous batch they bring home the rest go into recycling. The one they keep is saved for a week, picture gets taken, and then it goes to recycling too. No crying anymore since they know what to expect. I do keep the extraordinary ones though 😁

Oh I bet—That’s a great system! It’s actually harder for me to part sometimes too. 😬

    Hi Offir,
What happens to the items over time. So say in 10 years you want to look back at items and you no longer have a paying monthly subscription. Will the items still be there or do they get purged? Thanks!

    • Jen Wetzel

      Great question!!

    • Offir Gutelzon

      Hi Kim, great question.
The memories you save in Keepy are yours, therefore you will always have access to them no matter what your plan type is. More than that. you can link your account to dropbox and every time you upload a keepy, it will also be synced to your computer in the original quality you took the picture or the video.

      Hope that answers your question
      Offir
