Costco members can always get 2 boxes of simple checks from Costco for around $14.18 (7.09/box) for regular members or around $11.34 (5.67/box) for executive — shipped, with no coupon codes, or new customer gimmicks. Here’s an example:

I’ve been burned by these other companies’ “new customer” offers. If you ever ordered from them many, many years ago and have forgotten, they’ll figure it out through your bank account number and fulfill the order along with sending you a bill for an astronomically high “regular price” (many, many times the quoted offer), and threaten to ding your credit if you don’t pay that higher price that you never, ever would have accepted. It happened to me with one of the companies that advertises in the Sunday inserts (don’t remember which one). There was no “here’s the higher price, do you want us to still fill the order?” correspondence — they just did it without asking at a crazy-high price, then sent me a bill.
Thanks for the tip, Shopper!
