And through July 6th, Lowe’s is offering up all military a 10% off discount. This discount is valid for men and women who are currently serving our country in the Armed Services and Retired Veterans and VA Recipients. This 10% discount is also extended to the immediate family of those who are currently serving, Retired Veterans, or VA Recipients.
My lowes always offers 10% for military. Did I miss something and they changing the policy?
I think maybe they just say it for the holidays to remind people? Mine is all year round as well.
I don’t think so. Our Lowe’s offers 10% military discount also, as well as Home Depot, but it seems around certain holidays they advertise it.
I believe the 10% year round is for active military. My husband is an Army Veteran, since he is no longer active, he only receives the 10% off during certain holidays.
Rachel, my husband is retired military & we receive the 10% off every time we shop. We just show his ID & that’s it. You should ask them about their policy. Hope this helps!😊🇺🇸
Yes thats what their website says too. If you are an non-disabled veteran that didn’t get a full retirement the discount is only on only 3 holiday weekends.
“We honor all Veterans on three specific holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Veterans Day. During these three holiday weekends, we extend the discount to all veterans who served honorably and who present a valid Form DD214 or other proof of service. The Lowe’s Military Discount is extended to the Veteran community on these three holidays only.”
Our Lowe’s only offers it for vets on select holidays as well.

I did not see any at my store marked as on sale. I wonder if it varies by location. I was hoping to get some pretty baskets for my deck.
If you search for hanging baskets it comes up. Item 553117. They are all sold out in my area though 😕
FYI…we were at The Home Depor yesterday, and their in-stock patio decor, pads, furniture, etc., was 40% off. For anyone looking….wanted to share.
