I went to my local JCPenney in Northeast PA today because I received yet another $10 off of $10 purchase coupon to use…YAY!!! Well I found a rack in the women’s department of $1.97 items. I purchased 5 beautiful sweaters (normally $30 to $36 each) and a sweatshirt for $1.82 after coupon!
