Try peppermint tea. I suffered from really bad morning sickness with all 3 of my kids and that seemed to help some.

I replaced my entire soft drink intake with those. This is all natural mineral water, helps with thirst and keeps healthy. It MAY help with nausea. I would suggest squeezing half a lemon into your glass and then pouring this water over it.
