I think this is a good deal. I just bought one for a gift in January for a little over $200 and it was only a 5 quart so this is a larger bowl.

ok guys i have posted this breakdown everytime a bad KA deal comes up disguised as a good one…here is what i did recently
List Price : 449.99

Net Total = $269.99
Shop Discover CB 10% (- $26)

KA mail in rebate $50 (-$50)
Shipping Surcharges and Tax ($7.50 +$16.65)

I think its really important to compare apples to apples. This is a 1 HP DC motor while the Kohls is a 575 w.
Jesse the one i posted was for the 6qt..the one that amazon has on sale is also 6qt but its slightly different as in the Kohls is the 600 and Amazon the 6000HD.Read a few reviews and the 600 has got better reviews and the attachments of other model numbers can be interchanged but with this model that cannot be done.At the end of the day for the home baker a 6qt for $168 is a better value for money.
Liz, do you feel like this is this a deal that we will be able to get in the foreseeable future? I don’t have the discover card so I couldn’t get that part of it but I do have some kohls gift cards so I would rather do this scenario if you think it will be available sometime again during the next few months. Also, the 40% off… Was that due to the random 20, 30, 40% off coupons they email and did you just happen to get 40%? Thanks! And what colors did they have available through kohls?
