Some of the reviews make me iffy about ordering. My kids would love these if they actually are what they are pictured.

Yes I have had 2 instances over the years from 2nd party sellers, 1 where item wasn’t as described at all, other where item never arrived. After getting no where with the sellers themselves, Amazon refunded the complete amount. They get in contact with the seller & they have so many days to make it right, if they don’t Amazon will & will take action against seller. I think you can find that information under “A-B-C Guarantee” on Amazon.com. HTH!
And yes I’m tired, 3rd party sellers & A-Z Guarantee is correct wording lol.

Other sellers are selling same things for 1.85 free shipping. They have good reviews. So im sure this is fine. Amazon will just refund a 1.00. I paid with gift card so I guess ill be safe either way.
A neat fact about this…it is actually an emoji for chocolate ice cream,but many people mistake it for poop including me! I watched an interview about it!

That’s funny! If someone sends it to you in a text and you ask Siri to read your incoming message, she calls it a smiling pile of poo. Makes me laugh every time 🙂
I’m not aure about that… When I text the word “poop” my phone highlights it with the option to insert the poop emoji. Doesn’t show that emoji when I type ice cream. (It highlights and shows 2 different ice cream ones for the word ice cream.)

Has anyone recieved their pillow mine was sent 7-16 and supposed to be here by yesterday and they still haven’t received it?? I tried contacting the seller and I still haven’t heard back from them either …
Mine was supposed to arrive yesterday too. So I tried contacting the seller but I couldn’t, amazon sent me an email saying the seller left amazon. Unfortunately I think it was a scam. Fortunately for me amazon was very helpful and refunded me the money, and they even gave me a $5 credit towards my next purchase!
I have not received my order either. I’m afraid it’s a scam. I’ll wait a few more days before I call amazon
Here is a quick update in case anyone is checking back. I ordered 6 pillows and sent them to 6 different people. None of them arrived. I chose from a few different sellers so that if one sold out my other orders might go through. When I looked closer at the tracking numbers I realized they were not valid. A few were marked that they were shipped USPS but the “numbers” they provided started with letters. USPS tracking numbers usually start with 420. They were all expected by July 26th. I sent an email for each pillow on July 28th. Somehow only 3 of those messages went through. I don’t know how that happened! I could understand if I missed hitting the “submit” button once but 3 times sounds strange. Oh well! I waited the two business days that is requested for them to respond. No response. I filed the A-to-Z claims. Since some of them were paid with an Amazon gift card I got the option to receive the amount back straightaway. I agreed so I have received some of the money back so far.
Personally, I thought this whole process was a lot. I decided to contact Amazon through their chat service to report the problem. I wanted to make sure they knew that this specific item was being used as a scam. The reaction I got was a disappointing. The person kept telling me that it takes time for the issue to be resolved. I’m not sure what reaction I was hoping for but the conversation left me feeling worse. I am a HUGE fan of Amazon. Most of my shopping is done through their website. This incident won’t change that. However, I will be a little more cautious when choosing which sellers I choose to purchase items from.
