Office Depot/OfficeMax: Possible FREE Binder When you Recycle Old One
Are you in need of a new binder? Office Depot/OfficeMax stores are still offering up $2 off any binder purchase when you bring in any brand of your old binder and these binders do NOT have to be in pristine condition. Do you see the used binder above? It’s not pretty. 😳
With 1″ binders often going on sale for just $1, plus binders on clearance for as low as $2, you should be able to score a FREE binder when you recycle an old one! Awesome! There is also a limit of 6 discounts toward a new binder purchase per day per household/business… so you can possibly score up to 6 FREE binders (if you have 6 binders to trade-in).
Here’s what you need to do:
- Bring in your old binders to any Office Depot/OfficeMax store. Keep in mind that only 6 per day will count towards the promotion.
- After you finish shopping, simply take your old binders to the register along with the new binders you pick out to receive a $2 credit towards each binder recycled.
- Note that the recycling and purchase must be made in the same day and in one transaction and multipacks of binders count as one. The discount is applied only to purchased binders, and there is no cash back.
- Recycled binders must be empty upon turning in and the discount does not include tax.
(Thanks, Corinne!)
When does this offer end
Even though it’s technically free do the 1.00 binders count for 1.00 towards the 5.00 needed to get penny items? Thanks
Thank you.I love recycling.
You’re welcome! ๐
Wish they do this at the end of year when I threw all my son’s binders away…he had several that looked like the white one in the pic
I was told new binder has to be 2or more in cost
Don’t forget to price match! Avery binders are 2/$5 at Target so I price matched at Office Depot and recycled my old binders, too. 50 cents per binder!
Where in the Target ad do you see the sale for Avery binders? I can’t find it.
So they still have the .01 cent deals?
