I ordered this same exact item from them a few months ago. It arrived and didn’t work! I contacted them and they said they would refund my money and it took a couple of weeks to get my money back. I had to call two different times and ask for a refund until they actually did it.

I ordered this exact same Monkey one too, It is not great quality, it’s a cute bag but small like a large sandwich size, the message recorder worked but isn’t very good and the buttons are next to each other so my kid pushes both and records over my message often. I wouldn’t say this is a very HIP deal in my opinion but cute idea.
