If you use all your points on an order and it’s free you won’t get points back (at least that’s what always happened to me), you have to pay something oop or you won’t get any points. I always go on desktop and play around with the order and coupons to find the best deal for me.

Does anyone know if I were to return something that I used points to pay for most of it- if they were going to expire and I used them will I still get them back to use again or would I lose them?
I was told you have to return the item before the points were going to expire ( at least for surprise points). However, I’m not very syw savvy.

The best (easiest and fastest) way to resolve point issues is to email your confirmation email that shows the points that you were promised to info@shopyourwayrewards.com
Explain in the email what you think you should have gotten, I have had WAY more success get points resolved quickly this way than when I’ve called on the phone. The phone is usually a painful experience.
