I don’t have this model, but I have 2 earlier versions. They’re great printers.
Would this be a good option as far as toner price goes? I don’t mind paying more up front for a printer if the ink cartridges/toner is cheaper in the long run. That’s how these printer companies get you – with the ink.
Yes, the toner is cheap and it lasts a long time.
I got my toner for less than $10 at Amazon. It last me maybe more than 1 year. For me it is a very long time since I do coupon and I also college students. I need to print tons of papers. It is worth buying product in my opinion.
I will never own another ink toner printer. The cartridges are way too expensive. Laser toner is the way to go. Just don’t buy the replacement toner from the manufacturer. Get the toner from Amazon or eBay.

Love this printer! Also, I use a “compatible toner” from Amazon that is cheaper than buying the name brand. Hasn’t failed me yet in 2+ years! Definitely worth the $50!

Can it print wirelessly?
Mine cannot print wirelessly but this may be a newer model. However, I love this printer for printing coupons or a black and white. I’ve never purchased the name brand toner I always buy offbrand off of Amazon. The toner lasts a very long time and is not expensive
Yes and I can print from my ipads, cell phones and even my bluetooth camera. Excellent machine. Sometimes it falls into deep sleep and takes a bit to wake up but you can change that in the settings.
This model does not print wirelessly. That version looks a lot like this one, but it’s usually around $80.
Is it compatible with Windows 10?
What wireless model do you all recommend from Brother? I need one for couponing…
