No , it’s showing as $20 pending but it didn’t appear on payable yet.
It can take a loooooong time to get the money as payable. 6-8 weeks for some of them. As long as it shows pending you should be ok. Just be patient 🙂

I think I will pass on the slow cooker, you can’t beat free but it will end up being not free for a lot of people because if they are like me, they will forget. Your promotion said I would get $25 within 7-21 days and now my estimated payable is 24 weeks and I can’t even submit a ticket for 4 weeks after the 24 week period. I saved the promotion you offered on this Avon deal and it said nothing about getting money back in 6-7 months. It says 7-21 days ( I have a snip it print screen) and I can’t even reach out to you for help. I submitted a claim ticket yesterday through a generic ticket and haven’t heard back yet from anyone. If you’d like to do this deal then that shouldn’t be a problem! If you do use a discount code though, this might stop your transaction tracking for the higher amount so we would recommend paying the full price for the item. This should be fine though as we’ll cover the cost and make this payable in your account within 14-21 days.

Lodge a complaint. I had to. It took about 2 weeks of back and forth messages/emails- but I got my $10. Not my cut of tea. I don’t like fighting for things that are supposed to come to me. I closed my account after my paypal was deposited.

Is this purchase supposed to appear in my pending transactions right away or does it take a day or two? I don’t see it yet and want to be sure I did it right
When I purchased an item, I got the transaction notification email next day. Then after few days I got another email with the subject , your purchase status has changed. I thought I got the rebate but it was showing as pending / outstanding. And it’s now 3 weeks still showing the same status.
I ordered from the Avon deal posted on hip2save on August 9 using Top Cash and getting $25 back. Promo says within 7-21 days. Well it’s past 21 days and it still says pending. Why would the promotion say 7-21-days if it’s taking 6-8 weeks for some people. I hope I didn’t loose out on this one. Doesn’t sound like Top Cash back is reputable. Won’t be doing anything with them again. The stress of worrying about deals like this isn’t worth it. I don’t like gambling what little money I have.

For those people frustrated by not receiving their rebates, contact customer service via email and get their feedback. Often they encourage that you open an untracked cashback claim which can take some time for resolution but they have been terrific with any issues I have had.
What if it’s isn’t untracked? It just shows as pending? They are tracking it. Just not paying it. Thanks!

When I did the avon deal for $25 back it said you’d received payment in 7-21 days. I see mine as pending but the estimated payable timeline is 24 weeks! I tried contacting customer service and they won’t even take a customer support ticket from me because you have to wait 4 weeks past the estimated payable timeline before submitting a ticket. I guess the 7-21 days is now 6-7 MONTHS before I will get the $25 back. Not at all what I signed up for. I would have never done it had I known this would happen. If anyone has suggestions on what I can do that would be great. I really can’t fault avon since but this Top Cash Back site is a scam.

I used this and got my deal. Got the email from TopCashback that all is well with the purchase. I went to pickup my slowcooker at Walmart this morning and they upgraded my item! They were all out of the Hamilton Beach ones and they gave me the Crockpot 6 quart Cook & Carry instead! Which sells for about $40 at Walmart! I’m happy so far!

I signed up at TopCashback to get this deal and I don’t see it as pending. I did everything as instructed and all that shows up is that I visited Walmart.com, but shows me as not spending anything. The transaction is complete on my end as I picked up the slow cooker almost a week ago.

I emailed them last night – I’ll probably just end up packing it back up and exchanging it at Walmart. That pot is so warped, I can slide the instructions right under the gap in the lid.
