Can you use the HE detergent in a regular washer…?
The HE laundry detergent can be used in either a top loading washer or a front loading washer. Regular laundry detergent can only be used in a top loader (it has too many suds for a front loading machine).
I did this last time and only got 12 cents back, not $3something. =/ first problem I’ve had with topcashback.

Hi Collin! Thanks for this deal. however, the last time the Luvs deal was live, I ordered one through my account and the another with my husbands.
I got cashback only for one. and when I raised a support ticket they say the accounts are linked. I thought it was one account per member and not one per household. Has anyone encountered such an issue?
I had the same issue. I havent addressed it yet. I baught toilet paper and the tide earlier this summer and they arnt crediting my account. States it will take 14 plus weeks, and only credited 0.16.
This happened to me with the Ferrero Rocher deal in December. I ordered thru my husband’s acct and mine and they would not honor it. I only got one refund. I usually get refunds pretty quick when I do the deal with my acct only, however.
Did you maybe use the same credit card#?
When Top Cash Back had the star wars movie rebate, it took a very long time to get the refund.

I agree about the rebate wait time for the purchase of Star Wars. It took about 16 weeks.
I did the Charmin & Downey Topcash deal that was supposed to refund 100%. That was in June! I haven’t gotten anything back or any replies to my inquiry. I DO NOT like TC because it doesn’t show where you’ve been, what you’ve purchased or any refund pending status. You are going by sheer luck that you will get anything back at all. Not worth the hassel. Save yourself the trouble & pass on this one.
Mine took a long time but I got pending status within 24 hours so that’s odd
To see who you’ve clicked on and what’s in process, click account, then earnings, then clicks to merchants. Today’s click on Wal-Mart will show up today, but the pending cash back may not show up for a few days. And the order may not show up until Walmart reports the sale, and that could be when you actually pick up the merchandise at the store in a week (my store pickup is not going to be ready until September 12th)

I was going to ask, I’m used to Ebates which opens a shopping trip. I did this through the link and hope it tracked. I did get a screen shot of the trip being recorded, but I wish they’d show something to prove they recorded and tracked your purchase.
I did the Dawn deal in June, the Downey and Charmin and Cottonelle since then. I have not gotten any of the refunds and I am in email he** over the Dawn. Back and forth about 6 times now. They keep asking me to send a support ticket and the SITE WON’T LET ME! I am leary about doing another deal without those 4 being resolved. I did 2 other deals last Fall and they were perfect. I don’t know what is different now.
Also, does anyone remember how much we were supposed to get for the Dawn? I think it was $9.25 or $9.75. Can someone reply with this? TIA

I’m leery of doing another TopCash deal. I did the Avon deal a few weeks and it is still pending. Says it may take up to 25 weeks to get the cash back. I’ll use E-bates over TopCash any day.
Their customer service is horrible. No phone number, just email. They take weeks to respond. I will also stick to ebates. I am trying to cash out and can’t because my account isn’t confirmed but they won’t send the confirmation email. So frustrating!
The language on this deal is a tiny bit off. Here you have that the money will be deposited directly back into your checking account, paypal, or amazon. This is not entirely accurate. On the site, it says it will be deposited directly into your topcashback account, which can then be cashed out back to your checking account or paypal (or amazon). In order to cash out your topcashback earnings, at least one of the methods (the amex) requires a $20 minimum.
You are right about having to request a payout once it becomes payable, but there is no minimum required to cash out.

Keeping the receipt is a good idea Arnold. I was about to take the Star Wars movie back and finally Top Cash paid my paypal account. It can surely take a long time, but it is worth it when it works.
