Yes, it is. I still have my $2 IPs as well! They recently changed the name from Basic to Essentials. But most stores will still have the Basic until they sell out (or PG requests any stock returned back to them)
FYI: this week cvs offer $15 off $75 during checkout coupon print in your receipt.
