Hey Collin and crew!! O/T but comments are randomly being cut off here and idk if you are aware or not. I’ve seen it on many threads here. Thanks for all you do!!
on many threads, people think their comment is being cutoff. BUT of all the ones that people think have been cutoff, i have never seen one that is cutoff. i have never seen a cut off comment, even if the person leaving the comment thought part of it was omitted, i could view the end of a complete sentence at the end of their comment.
so, on a previous thread, people started discussing this, and it seemed like the problem is in viewing some comments through their phone, possibly the mobile view or the APP is the issue? people viewing it on desktop or laptop don’t seem to see the same issue.
i use Chrome on a Mac laptop, if that helps anyone with diagnosis or troubleshooting. comments always look okay to me. i have not tried viewing comments on my phone. HTH
Hi Julie! Sorry for the issues! Are you by chance in the app? We are working on getting this fixed! In the mean time, be sure to browse hip2save.com in the browser of your mobile device to navigate the site similar to how you would on your desktop. Hope this helps!
