There are several household offers to double dip this!!
Just for everyone’s information: you cannot buy that many cough and cold medicine in one time because of some laws. You have to find out how many you can get in one time/day/transaction. I am telling this from my previous experience.
So you don’t have to buy it all in one trip? My rite Aid usually doesn’t have a lot in stock.
in Washington state you are not able to purchase this many cold/medicine products in one transaction due to people using them to make homemade drugs
Isn’t the limit 2? I think they make you show your ID too.
The limit in so Cali was 3 per transaction. No id was required for me. However I went to a second store and purchase 7 more with no problem. My total came up a little short ($1.22) for the second 1000 plenty points so I will buy another product in the am.
Do you actually use this much medicine for your kids/self? Do you donate some? I end up with expired medicine so buying this much seems like too much? Am I missing out on some great deals here?
When my 4 kids were little, this would have been an ok amount to buy – watch for exp dates, some will not expire for a year or 2. And with the chewable JR advil you can take those as an adult just add up the mg to determine the dosage for a larger child or adult if they are about to expire. Also, adult Robitussin is included in this deal too, and there’s a $3 coupon for that as well. HTH
** don’t forget if you do the adult meds they will track for the 1000PP, but not for the $25TRU GC
Oh thanks for this bit of info! I wouldn’t need this much kids meds, was planning to get more of the adults but I know of some friends who could use it for their kids
How do you locate where the products that also apply to the monthly deal – the one that expires on Oct. 22nd is? I can check the weekly deal but not able to locate where the $50/ToysRUs selected products are? Thank you!!
I haven’t seen a list yet, but I know all the children’s cold medicine listed is included, as well as the Flintstones vitamins, as I bought those last night and they tracked for me.
I would love that list too. I wonder if Culterrella is included . It says digestive health is included. Does anyone know?
I got this list from iheartcvs.com –
*advil & rite aid acetaminophen or ibuprofen 4 oz children’s pain/fever relievers
*chestal , allegra , nasacort , simply saline , triaminic , hylands 4 kids , zyrtec , little remedies , pediacare , nyquil , robitussin , dimetapp , mucinex , delsym , luden’s cough drops , similisan , vick’s vaporub or vaporizer models v150/v105 , or zarbees children’s cold & allergy
*flintstones , lil’ critters , disney , & star wars children’s vitamins
*j&j children’s band-aids
*neosporin kids wound wash
*pedialax , emetrol , hydralyte , dramamine , align , & pepto bismol children’s digestive health
Hi, do you have to do the TRU gc promotion on one transaction only or can it be split up into 2 or 3 so I can minimize out of pocket? Thanks!
Hi Kath! Yes you can split it up into multiple transactions.
Thanks!
Hi , i have a ? .. So if i do this exact deal will i get $20 plenti points & $25 TRU gift card?
Yes 😉
I did this deal today in Utah. Cashier let me buy 7 in one transaction with state laws prohibiting more. Second transaction I bought the last 3. Worked beautifully. Make sure you buy 9 of the children’s in order to get above $50 for the TRU gift card. Thanks so much Collin, I’m stocked for the winter with small children!
will the cashier issue you the giftcard at POS or do you need to bring it to the register?
I wanna know that too. I was gonna ask the same question. Usually when I buy a gift card from there for plenti points I would pick the card and bring it to the register, but I wanna know what to do with this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You have to bring the card to the register when you see the coupon printed on the bottom of your receipt.
It stacks too so you don’t have to do this all in one transaction! It will keep a running total through 10/22.
I did this exact deal all $6 before coupons and got the gift card and only $10 in points.
is the $50 before any coupons or do you still have to total $50 after coupons are deducted?
I didn’t get any of those coupons 😢 Were they regional?
When does the promo for TRU card end?
I have 2 questions… May I use plenti points and receive plenti points in the same transaction? And… May I use a $4/$20, and will it deduct so that I don’t receive my plenti point and Toys R Us gift card? I seriously don’t remember, as I don’t shop at Rite-Aid very often any more… Thank you in advance…
