If you have to do something in the cold – sit at football games, wait to watch the Christmas parade, stay in the woods and wait for a deer, etc. these are great to help keep you warm! The back and neck ones help to keep your trunk warm. I am a big fan.
I do the same thing! I have a really bad back (thoracic compression fracture and slippery ribs) that gets even more aggravated when it’s cold as I tense my whole body. I stick one of these on in the morning on my lower back and it keeps me warm and mobile all day long!
