   My husband been exchanging his old craftsman tools at least every 2 or 3 years at Sears. Hassle free! No question ask. You just bring your old tools and exchange it with a new one. (I think it should be same item if not, should be similar to it if it’s not available.)

   Anytime my husband breaks a Craftsman screwdriver (about twice with in 10 yrs. ) I just bring it into the store and they replace it for free. No questions asked. I do have to fill out a short basic form. (Name, #, ect. )
   Saves us so much money.
