How does the visa checkout work I just ordered two things. Paid with my visa and it didn’t get the discount
Visa Checkout is a payment account. You create a Visa Checkout account with all of your payment information, you can use any card. Then when you head to checkout you select Visa Checkout as your payment method, login to your account and this will then apply your payment information and apply the discount listed above. Hope this helps!

I just ordered $58 of merchandise and the $25 did not come off with VISA checkout. I called customer service and they will credit me the $25 but said the sale was supposed to be over, but the banner at the top of the page is still there. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else today?

My order didn’t get the discount either. I called Fantastics and they told me it was a Visa promotion and said I have to call Visa. I called Visa and they said it was a merchant discount and I need to call the Fantastics. There is a major disconnect. I will likely have to return my order because paying full price is not hip.
