   I have been trying to log into my SYW account since this time yesterday and it keeps telling me my password/email combo is incorrect, even though it’s the same as it always was. So ok, I click “forgot password” but never receive the link they’re supposed to send. I’ve tried at least 2 dozen times, and contacted customer support and they said they would notify their software support and have it fixed in hours. Nope. So frustrated! I had points that expired yesterday and wasn’t able to log in. to use them

  Hi Samantha, call Shopyourway customer service at 1.800.991.8708 and explain your situation. They will hopefully apply those expired points back as a courtesy. HTH

   I was able to get 3 of them with store pick up for $17.97. I used 17.40 in points and will earn $9.90 back in points. I’m giving 1 to my lil football star and put the other 2 in my gift closet. Thank you as always Team Hip.

   I have never received points on any item I used points to buy? Even on the deals that are posted on hip2save.

  not true, sometimes you can and sometimes you cant. I used 9..90 to pay for the 9.99 air mattress and still got 5.00 in points! When it does still give you points back on a points purchase you have to make sure not to pay ALL of the total with points. hth It will show you in the review your order page before you checkout!

  It depends on the promotion. In this instance because you aren’t getting 100% of the points back you can pay using points (but keep in mind it can’t be all in points or you will not earn any back, so pay all but maybe .25 in points) and still earn the $3.00 per football in points. As mentioned on these comments the air mattress wasn’t offering 100% back in points, so as long as there was some oop money paid in addition to the points you were able to earn points from that particular offer. I always double check if I’m going to get the points back by clicking redeem points in the payment section and then go back to my actual cart to see if it shows the pending points. If yes I screen shot it just in case and continue if not then I remove the points and just pay without using them.

   Price for this item is now $9.99. Still has $3.10 in points back, though.
