I don’t see that price. But if you look under NEW I was able to get one for $2.49 FREE S&H(NOT PRIME SHIPPING)…
I went ahead and purchased that too…seller is new so hopefully no issues. I checked out their other products and they seem to have quite a few different bike items for very cheap
