Ive noticed that Target has been raising their prices right when high value coupons seem to come out. The price was just $3.99 the other day at my store and literally the price jumped to $4.49 suddenly overnight. And this isnt the first time this has happened and seems to be happening more frequently. This never happened before and now with all these changes with coupon policy and reducing coupons, all these other practices have also started…Shame on Target!!
