  Definitely depends on the child’s size- my daughter won’t be 4 until March and she is very tall I’m having to get a 16″ for her shortly

  Yes. My daughter turned 4 in August. She is on the short side. We got her this bike last year. She still fits on it, but not by a lot. Getting her a bigger one this year.

   I bought one of each to give away … and got $10.76 back in points to boot! Tried to use some points to pay, but then would have lost the points back. Still, two cute little bikes for under $30, including free shipping, works for me!
