I had about 3500 points built up last time I logged in, and now they are suddenly gone! Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve been a member since 2009 I think, and I’ve never noticed them expiring before.
Somehow I had 2 accounts under the same email address and I contacted them to combine. They were able to combine both accounts and they told me about some expired points I wasn’t even aware of and they restored them. I would just ask them of they can restore your points. I think they expire if you don’t log in and do anything for 6 months. I would suggest submitting at least a 5 point freebie every now and then.
