Ordered from them for the first time during Black Friday, money was taken out of my bank account, tracking. Number from a business I never heard of says it was delivered (hence the fact I was home at the day and time stated) but I never got the package. I tried to get a hold of The Honest Company and still haven’t heard from them beside “we will investigate this matter”. It’s been 2 days since they wrote me back. I’m super mad.

If you email them, they are extremely.slow at email responses. I had to email them 3x about the same issue. 1st reply(took 5 days) requested me to call an assigned agent(no response), 2nd reply and it was resolved same day with differ agent.
There is also an offer on Swagbucks for 1500 swagbucks back….is this a subscription? If so, is it difficult to cancel if you don’t like it?
People have commented that it as easy but I didn’t think it was. Probably just depends on the person you get. I waited on hold for almost 10 mins. Went around and around with the woman. Finally agreed to push the delivery back 4 months. Will have to call again to cancel. Wish I hadn’t done it. You can get a decent deal at target. I do like the diapers.

We LOVE these products! My baby boy has really sensitive skin and we have loved everything we’ve tried so far! Excellent customer service too- they have multiple ways to contact them- online chat, phone and email. And It’s really easy to change or cancel or push out your bundles too. You can do it all within your account!

I did it for a month and called and canceled saying I saw my friend wanted a bunch of there diapers from target so ordered a month supply directly they canceled no problem but was on hold for 10-15 minutes to talk to someone

I ordered the “free” bundle where you only had to pay for shipping. Two weeks later, I had a charge on my card for a shipment. I called, stayed on hold for a really long time, and finally got the issue resolved. I will never do business with this company again. I don’t like it when a company takes it upon themselves to put a charge on my card, assuming I want to keep receiving their products. The customer service representative I spoke with said it stated that unless I cancelled my “free” bundle I would begin receiving shipments. All I can say, is that it must have been conveniently placed in tiny print somewhere.
