Just an FYI, Aldis has their alkaline batteries in a 24 pk for $3.99 (AA or AAA), coming to just under $0.17 each. I’ve used theirs for years and have been just as happy w/ them as I am with Amazon’s. They usually sell them in 8 pks, but at Christmas they sell them in 24 packs and I stock up!
