I liked ours and we’ve had it for probably 2-3 years and it just doesn’t work well anymore. The suction is almost none so it needs to be replaced. My friend had the same problem with hers after 2 years so I should have known.

My suction got bad after about two years. I realized it was clogged between the bottom and the canister. I used a large screwdriver and was able to shove out the clog and it worked great again. Maybe give that a try before you give up on it!
Both mine and a friend had the same problem after 2-3 years it just doesn’t suck anything up anymore.
