Last time instore they told on clearance it wil not applicable.even though it showed $0 after applying coupon. Very bad ..cashier told like it is not applicable on clearance… 🙁
If what gets sent to you has no exclusions etc you most likely could argue it and win but man oh man I hate when there’s an issue!
That happened to me too. The cashier told me it wouldn’t work on clearance but it did work, so she honored it.
i had them try to do that to me before. i asked them to show me where it says that in the exclusions….. if that doesnt work ask for a corporate number to call. usually that works to get them to honor it.
I had the exact same thing happen. Wouldn’t accept it on clearance – wouldn’t try it or even look at it. Made me stop shopping there entirely.

I have a $15 of $15 in store ! Good until the 18 ! Check your mail if your a lane Bryan customer I got 2 of 15 of 15 for different dates and got my check and a $25 dlr gift card and got 15 of 15 Livi item she said not on clearance item then the $25 of 75 she said if I made a big purchase could take $50 instead of $25 well coupon didn’t work it was just $25 of 75 they have nice socks or jewelry clearance and those $15 of 15 work or $10 of $10

I’ve gone in to try to use this kind of coupon before, and the sales help was nothing but RUDE to me. They made me feel awful. 🙁 Shame on them.
Same thing with me too! Told me I couldn’t get anything on sale. When I asked what wasn’t on sale they said nothing… everything that weekend had a sale. They were so rude about it! I asked if I could buy a few on be nail polishes and lip glosses which would have still cost me some out of pocket she said ” no because then you’d be getting it for free” and I said not really because I’d still have to pay an extra $3 after the coupon she said no we can’t give it to you for so low. I was so annoyed at her attitude I said something to CS who after the fact said they couldn’t do anything but they would “talk to her” ugh! Since then I always avoid these deals

It totally depends on the store, one store told me I couldn’t use it on clearance but another store near me was very nice about it and let me use it on anything. Thanks for the heads up h2s!

I just went and got my daughter 2 nail polishes for 1.08. I also had a 15 off 15 livi coupon and was able to get 2 pairs of exercise pants for 4.38 each. They were on clearance and clearance is an extra 30% off.
