LOVE THIS GAME! If you are a fan of Pandemic and any of the expansions, this is well worth the price. It is my favorite game, even if you can really only play it once. Find a dedicated group of friends and play this game. We’re already trying to figure out who else we can play it with, though we would have to keep our mouths closed for decision making. SO MUCH FUN!
So do you have to buy a new game if playing again?
If you were going to play again, yes, you’d need a new board. A “Legacy” game is one where each time you play, the board and rules are altered based on the prior game’s events. This particular game is set up to be somewhere between 12-24 rounds (one or two rounds per night of play, for us). Once you complete the “December” round, the game is over.
