i actually the nativity and wise men figureines last week from amazon when you had them listed on sale – today they are a total of $25 cheaper. i tried to get a price adjustment, but they wouldn’t budge. i found another way around it though – so thank you, as always for all of the savings you provide. merry christmas to you and your family!

I was thinking of returning what I already bought and buying another at the new price. Is that what you did?
But when I try to return it, they’re charging me practically the difference in shipping, not worth it!
I did return it and rebought it. I chose an option that didn’t charge me to return it

I just bought the 6 piece holy family, ox and goat set, shepherd with animals, wise men set and creche for $140 using some Discover Rewards. The creche alone retails for over $100 generally. This is a HUGE savings on a set I have had my eye on for my daughter for quite some time. We live in KC where the artist if from and my daughter loves everything Willow Tree. Thank you so much!

I am so surprised to hear Amazon wouldn’t give some of you a price adjustment. I had no problems getting a credit for the difference, I think I was only on the phone with them for a couple of minutes. I am a Prime Member and order A LOT, I don’t know if that makes a difference?
I did an online chat and they wouldn’t budge but then I called and they also wouldn’t do the price adjustment but they did send me a shipping label to return the one I purchased and then I repurchased it at the lower price. That worked for me.

I thought about trying to get a price adjustment, but as it’s a seasonal item, I think the $11 difference is probably actually fair. Had I waited to order it until today I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it before Christmas.
I am thinking about getting a few other pieces for next year though!
