It’s out of stock in my area so I can’t check but try taking out all other codes that might be in there and retry with nothing but GLOW even in the “not applied” section. Got my fingers crossed.

Look under the item you want to buy and see if it is listed under the item you want to purchase. If not it has “reached its limits” meaning the manufacturer sets how many coupons it wants to allow customers to clip and those limits have been met. All coupons digital or printed have limits. If you are at all interested in the cosmetics I’d go ahead and clip it now (pairs with the code GLOW4). Once a digital is clipped it is yours until the expiration date.
