   The specs say this unit is 7.5 inches deep, but the review says fits 13 inch cube? Can anyone help?

  I would take that to mean the shelves are only 7 1/2 inches from front to back.

  That’s the shipping dimensions. If you look at the first review, it shows the true dimensions because apparently they aren’t accurate on targets description.
