We did this last time. My husband entered the code but was still charged full price on his credit card. I don’t know that he followed up with Amazon to correct the issue.

I did this last week to see Secret Life of Pets for a family movie night 🙂
So I read the advice here and didn’t order it on my phone but from my TV app. There was never a place to enter a promotional code. It ordered kind of by itself. I then lost all my promotional credits I earned from not having two day shipments.
I have written to amazon, and hopefully they will help me. I am writing here to maybe save someone else from this problem. I must have missed a step somewhere?
