I ordered these last time you posted a deal and have yet to receive my order. Customer service is horrible. Don’t expect any fast service.
Hey Hashin,
I’m sorry you are having trouble with your order. If you want to drop me an email, ben@glassesusa.com with your order number, I’ll see if there is anything I can do to resolve the issue.
Thanks!
I agree with their customer service. I paid extra for an anti-glare coating and when I received them (weeks after ordering), the glare is so unbearable I can’t even wear them. I emailed them and they never responded.
I ordered and besides it taking forever they sent two of the exact same pair when I had actually ordered one pair rx regular glasses and one pair rx sunglasses.
I’ve followed their instructions to return the wrong pair but I am not holding my breath that they will send the correct pair back which means I will be out money.
I won’t use them again.
Sorry to hear about that! Hoping you receive the corrected pair soon! Thanks for sharing your experience!
I am an Optician and people need to be careful when purchasing glasses online. We see so many patients come to us after ordering online because their glasses are not correct. Either the p.d., seg height or rx is incorrect. Please be aware. Incorrect lenses can damage your vision.
I’d save your money and order from Warby Parker instead. Better quality and better customer service.
I haven’t ordered my prescription glasses from Warby Parker yet BUT their customer service is WONDERFUL. They have this thing where they’ll send you 5 frames to try at home for FREE. I tried my first 5 and they were too big so I sent them all back and didn’t place an order. One of their representatives got in touch with me and asked me how I liked the frames and if I needed any help deciding. I told him how they were all too big and he encouraged me to get a second set of at home try ons and even suggested frames that would suit my needs.
I know a lot of these online places have the feature where you can put your picture in and “try” their frames but I’m just not sold. Nothing will compare to touching them, trying them on and feeling them before actually placing my order. I’m having to pay out of pocket so I rather get something that I know for sure I’ll love than getting something for half the price which I may or may not like and of questionable quality.
