The 99cent only store and dollar tree in my city sell “belly flops” which are jelly bellies that don’t meet their standards. For example Mis-shaped or 2 stuck together. I am glad to see they don’t throw them away and you get a decent bag for $1!

Amazon has a 4 lb. Kirkland plastic cannister for $22.19 if you need that many jelly beans.
While these are good it’s not a huge sale, they are normally $9.39 and they are the same price in store as well.
